Rates

The room is available for half-day or full-day rental:

  • Half-day: €60*
  • Full day: €110
  • Accommodation + room package: upon quote

Rates include equipment and cleaning.
*half-day corresponds to 4 hours of use from 8am to 12pm or from 2pm to 6pm


Opening hours

The meeting room is accessible:

  • Every day of the year: from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Early access: possible from 6:00 AM upon request*
  • Extension: until 9:00 PM upon request*
  • Public holidays: access upon prior reservation

Access is through the hotel reception, open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
*additional hours rate: €10 per hour

Cancellation conditions

For optimal reservation management:

  • Free cancellation: up to 48 hours before the event
  • Late cancellation: 50% of the amount charged between 48h and 24h
  • Same-day cancellation: 100% of the amount charged
  • Rescheduling: possible without charge subject to availability
  • Force majeure: cancellation without charge with supporting documentation

A 30% deposit may be requested when booking for events longer than 8 hours or with additional services.
